I HAD BEEN IN A STATE OF GRIEF SINCE MY FIRST MOTHER DIED WHEN I WAS 14. I NEVER REALIZED IT. THEN, ONE MORNING - THERE IS STILL THE MISSING, AND LONGING FOR ALL OF THEM, SO MANY DEAD I HAVE. ⁠

This is a gentle and accessible workshop that will give you a sense of the feeling of community in our Grief Support Group, and you'll also learn some powerful tools for navigating deep grief & trauma. ⁠

Grief is not something to hide. It’s what makes us human. It is beautiful. ⁠

Not because we've "gotten over" our losses, but because we've developed the capacity to dive deeper when the Soul calls. ⁠

Like baby seals that have grown and moved from shallow water to ocean depths - not because the shallows weren't real, but because experience has taught us we can trust our ability to both dive deep and make our way back to the surface as needed. ⁠

A four‑day sanctuary of guided ritual rooted in grief, gratitude, and reclaiming the wild song of your soul ⁠

This is not a place for fixing. It’s a place to allow what is broken to rest. For deep ritual. For seeing and being seen. For feeling our grief and rediscovering joy .⁠

We open 12 spaces for seekers and tender hearts - 5 remain - BIPOC, LGBTQ2S+, and all who are called are welcomed with care ⁠
